Congratulations Bill! The award was presented during the chapter's annual holiday banquet at the Manor Inn in Southington. As usual, the facility was good, the staff very efficient and friendly, and the food delicious. Mark gave his annual chapter activity summary and the evening was capped off with a Yankee Swap.
